The Order Process:
STEP ONE: get your Free, no-obligation, Quote

1. Select the shape, size, material, quantity, and the number of variations to your labels.
- If you don’t see exactly what you want, contact us. Chances are we have what you need, but just haven’t listed it. We can also offer other options.
- Quantity is the total number of labels that you need.
- Variations refers to changes in the image and/or the type, such as a name change or image change, in part or in whole (not shape, size, or material
STEP TWO: place your Order
2. Place Your Order with InstantLabel.com by filling in your information following your instant quote
3. Email or upload your artwork.
- If you email be sure to include your quote # in the subject line.
- See artwork specifications page for more information about artwork.
4. You will receive an order confirmation that will list your total order amount.
- We will contact you directly to get your credit card information.
- You will not be charged until your order is printed.
- If California Sales Tax applies to your order we will let you know when we get your credit card information.
5. Review your order confirmation carefully. Be sure the order information is correct. Let us know immediately if any changes or corrections are required.
STEP THREE: Production
6. During the production process you can contact our sales office to be updated on the status of your label order as it makes its way through our customer service, scheduling, graphics design, and onto our digital press.
7. When your label reaches are digital printing press we offer you the option of having a Free Press Proof. This is a sample of your printed label on the same press that will print your final full label order.

- Press Proofs can be mailed, emailed or, for an extra charge, overnight or second day mailed. Printing will be put on hold until you can review and approve the label. Artwork or design changes at this time may incur additional charges.
- Upon approval of the proof, you can call or email your approval immediately so we can begin printing your label order.
- Please include the proof ID number in your email.
8. Only when we receive your email confirmation or signed proof approval will your full label order be printed and your credit card be charged.
STEP FOUR: Receiving Your Label
9. When your label order is printed we will review them in our Quality Control department.
10. Your labels will then be packaged and shipped in accordance to your shipping preference.
11. When you proudly receive your label, we hope that you’ll love them, refer your friends, and perhaps offer a testimonial.
In the Future: Reorders

12. When you’re ready to reorder:
- You can enter your info through the website, send us an email, or just give us a call.
- For frequent customers, a credit check may allow future orders to be billed via invoice.
